- Resolve operational and technical issues within agreed SLAs.
- Campaign Execution:
- Timely upload and accuracy of banners, promotional content, and campaigns as per the GTM calendar across all platforms.
- Maintain a detailed marketing and promotional calendar with 100% execution accuracy.
- Campaign ROI & Performance Metrics:
- Meet traffic, conversion, and sales targets for all promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Achieve defined KPIs such as order processing time, return handling efficiency, and logistics coordination.
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve workflows.
