    Job Purpose:

    To drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless execution of the e-commerce platform by coordinating campaigns, managing consumer journeys, and aligning with marketing, design, and technical teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining platform readiness, executing promotions, and delivering a superior online shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform through regular monitoring and optimization of processes.
    • Conduct quality checks to identify and resolve bottlenecks in consumer journeys.

    Campaign Management

    • Plan, execute, and monitor all campaigns and promotions in line with the marketing calendar.
    • Upload banners, promotional assets, and content across the platform.

    Platform Performance

    • Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
    • Use insights to improve operational efficiency.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Align with marketing, product development, and IT teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce operations.

    Key Result Areas

    • Platform Performance & Uptime:
      • Ensure 99.9% platform uptime and smooth functionality during regular and high-traffic periods.
      • Resolve operational and technical issues within agreed SLAs.
    • Campaign Execution:
      • Timely upload and accuracy of banners, promotional content, and campaigns as per the GTM calendar across all platforms.
      • Maintain a detailed marketing and promotional calendar with 100% execution accuracy.
    • Campaign ROI & Performance Metrics:
      • Meet traffic, conversion, and sales targets for all promotional campaigns.
      • Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Operational Efficiency:
      • Achieve defined KPIs such as order processing time, return handling efficiency, and logistics coordination.
      • Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve workflows.
