Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Government tendering business/services specifically for IT services.

2. Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office and other PDF tools for bid preparation.

4. Experience and understanding of tender searching on various websites/portals for Central Govt./State Govt./PSU tenders/EOIs/Empanelment related to IT and ITeS services.

5. Ability to prepare and submit proposals/bids for IT services.

6. Experience in pre and post-tender activities, including follow-ups with clients.

7. Proficient in tender MIS management.

Description of Work:

1. Conduct research on various websites and portals to identify tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and empanelment related to IT and ITeS services issued by Central Government, State Government, PSUs, and other relevant entities.

2. Prepare and submit proposals/bids in response to identified tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

3. Coordinate pre-tender activities, including gathering necessary documents and information, and post-tender activities such as follow-ups with clients and addressing queries.

4. Manage tender MIS effectively, maintaining records of tender documents, submissions, outcomes, and other relevant data.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of bid strategies and objectives with organizational goals.

6. Stay updated with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to government tendering processes in the IT services domain.

7. Provide regular updates and reports on tendering activities to relevant stakeholders.

8. Participate in tender debriefings and evaluations to gather insights for continuous improvement in tendering processes.
