    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager (R&D) to lead our Research & Development team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with design, engineering, and testing teams to convert product ideas into technical solutions.
    • Drive the development of new drones, crawling robots, and autonomous rovers in line with industrial applications.
    • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for seamless execution.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative R&D culture through mentoring junior engineers.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in robotics, drone systems, or industrial automation, as well as experience managing multidisciplinary R&D projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello is required. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is also necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Technical foundation in science and technology, particularly in robotics, drone systems, or industrial automation.
    • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary R&D projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
    • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
