    Description

    Job Description :

    Duties & Responsibilities :

    Strategic:

    Organizing the team of accounts and maintaining the accounts in proper manner as per the standards of accounting.

    Analyzing Branch GP, ROI, and Profit on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

    Overseeing the P&L (Profit and Loss) statements of the individual branch.

    Liaison with Branch office and getting reports periodically

    Ensuring Customer Payment TAT (Turnaround Time).

    Managing Cash Flow for day-to-day business operations.

    Selling Gold with optimal margins by monitoring market trends.

    Monitoring and managing variances in gold loss and purity daily, ensuring loss recovery.

    Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, Physical Verification of stocks etc.,

    Maintenance of proper books of accounts.

    Ensuring Statutory Compliances Viz, payment and filing of returns under all applicable Statutes like Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI etc,

    Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances and communicating financial results to management

    Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

    coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

    Assisting the Auditors for completion of Audit and filing necessary Income Returns

    Assisting in reply to notices from various departments and submission of information.

    Liaise with tax authorities and to Act as the key point of contact and support for local and regional taxation matters, both direct & Indirect viz, Income tax, GST, VAT, Service Tax etc.,

    Work closely with CEOs, CFOs and Controllers of business.

    Maintaining relation with bankers, creditors, debtors etc.

    Qualification:

    Essential :

    Degree : Qualified CA, M.Com, MBA Finance, B. Com

    Desirable : ICWAI/ICAMI or/and CS

    Must : BFSI/NBFC

    Experience : 6-12 Years

    Preferable Profile in brief: Need a leader with the experience of working as a Finance expert with a Bank/NBFC/BFSI/Retail organization.
