- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address client and candidate needs
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company services
- Provide support to other departments as needed
