The applicants will be considered for the role based on their suitability.
Extensive training will be provided for the role.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals for whom learning is a priority at this moment in
their career. The salary will be nominal in the beginning and will be appraised based on the
performance.
Selected candidate will have a 6 months of training cum probation period. Thereafter their

For this role we are looking for professionals who may have taken a career break and now want
to start working again OR Freshers who are interested to pursue a career in recruitment
function.
The applicant must have good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
The applicant must have proper WFH infrastructure, that will include-
1. A dedicated quite work place where you can work without distraction.
2. This includes a basic minimum 50 Mbps internet facility and computer with all
licensed software Like, Microsoft Word, Excel, Antivirus Google workspace.
3. Make sure your system has audio and video in working condition.
4. In order to work seamlessly, without any interruption candidate should have power
back up. It could be an inverter or a WiFi power back up.
5. Organization will provide the SIM card, you should have a SMART phone.
