- Achieve sales and distribution targets for assigned location.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional plans aligned with regional objectives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify growth opportunities at the outlet and distributor level.
- Manage distributors and their sales teams to ensure effective coverage, product availability, and timely billing.
- Track inventory, credit limits, and stock movement to maintain healthy trade operations.
- Support in appointing new distributors and optimizing existing routes.
- Identify and develop new retail and wholesale opportunities within the territory.
- Build strong trade relationships to enhance brand presence and visibility.
- Ensure execution of schemes and marketing activities at retail points.
- Guide and support Sales Representatives / ISRs to achieve their individual targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail execution and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective visibility and merchandising in key outlets.
- Maintain and share reports on sales, stock, and competitor movements.
- Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
- Track key KPIs and ensure alignment with overall territory goals.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in FMCG sales within the General Trade channel.
- Proven expertise in territory management, distribution handling, and retail development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
