    Rolesand Responsibilities:
    1.

    Lead Generation and LeadManagement:
    Initiate lead/demand generation strategiesthat include inbound/outbound marketing campaigns andinitiative. Identify strong potentialprospects using various data mining options and creativity togenerate outbound lead opportunities. Managenurture and convert inbound leads into salesopportunities. Assess and analyse a prospectcurrent process and requirements; and accordingly find the brandfit. Provide engaging and articulateinformation about Companys value proposition to potentialcustomers. Maintain well organised uptodateand accurate sales information and activity reports in SalesforceCRM system. Collaboratively work with themarketing team and EI leadership to develop lead generationstrategies to generate lead opportunities with prospectivecustomers.

    MarketingManagement:
    Design andimplement all marketing strategies and manage all communicationplans for all markets and ensure achievement of all businessobjectives for revenue markets. Prepare allTechnical presentations and collaterals.
    Identify and participate in trade showsevents. Develop all product developmentprograms and implement same for markets and prepare all sales plansfor development programs for customers andsuppliers. Design all level marketingprograms for industries and coordinate for all lead generationactivities.

    Provide support to all launchesof new products and releases for both internal and external marketsand maintain knowledge of all competitor activities and ensureadherence to customer requirements.

    Administer all marketing collaterals and coordinate with salesdepartments to facilitate customer pipeline.

    Provide support to all industry personnel and participate in allproduct marketing activities and monitor all product releasedeliverables and participate in various industry events and tradeshows.

    Collaborate with product owners andsales team and ensure compliance to all client requirements andmanage all communication for industry in term of press releases andtarget media outreach.

    Communication:
    Provide consistent concise accurateinternal and external communications.

    Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potentialcustomers via phone email telephone conferencing webinars and faceto face to discover their business needs and develop a positivebusiness relationship.

    Work closely within asmall sales & marketing team and develop cooperativeworking relationships with all companycolleagues.

    Providing consistent conciseaccurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reportsto management Proficient in the use ofsocial media tools like LinkedIn Twitter etcAdhere to company policies procedures culture and businessethics.

    RequiredExperience:Engineering in Mechanical /Instrumentation 7 8Years of experience in content creation and management forindustrialproducts.

    Experience of BtoB Marketing preferably in Industrial products /EPC projects for manufacturing companies and has the ability todevelop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics andrequirements.

    Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems and ERPsystems. Experienceof working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketingteam. Can evidencea track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceedingpersonal targets.


    RequiredSkills:

    Hashighly developed all round interpersonalskills. Excellentcommunication presentation networking and negotiationskills. Customerservice oriented with a positive wellmotivatedattitude.
    Conscientious hardworking and driven to improve sales and activityperformance beyondtargets. CompetentIT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office googleprograms and social networking tools. Experience of Salesforcewould be preferred but notessential. Goodorganizational and time management skills with the flexibility toreprioritize asnecessary. Must behighly proficient in all aspects of English language especiallyspeaking listening and writingskills. Willingnessto travel and work with globalprofessionals. Mustbe passionate about the automation industry and automationproducts.
