    A Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating engaging and informative content for marketing materials, social media, and company publications.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft, edit, and proofread content for marketing materials, including videos, sales flyers, internal trainings, and company newsletters.
    • Collaborate on marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles, and company recognition programs.
    • Work with the Delivery Team to prepare and finalize content for client presentations.
    • Support social media initiatives, including company LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Help maintain and grow the company's presence on job/employment websites.
    • Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of company participation at in-person and virtual events.
    • Handle the renewal process of all certifications verifying the company's diverse ownership status.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
    • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to take direction and execute accordingly.
    • Ability to think creatively and share ideas.
    • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.

    The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication and writing skills. A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is preferred. Rose International values creativity, diversity, and dedication.
