Description

• Responsible for Leading andPlanning of all Corrective Preventive and Proactive MaintenanceActivities for the factory assets.
• Contributesto Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure thatmaintainability cost effectiveness quality and safety requirementsare delivered.
• Develop indepth knowledge ofthe entire maintenance area and be recognized as an expert inmultiple technologies.
• This position alsoactively supports and contributes to the success of the sitereliability improvement program and the continuousimprovement.
• Responsible for maintenance teamDevelopment & Engagement through periodic meeting and followthrough.
• Monitor Machine History &Scorecards and update Maintenance Strategy & Master Planaccordingly.
• Support Technical Trainer incoordinating and conducting training to technical team and preparethe required documentation (SOPs OPLs and workinstructions).
• Analyze production linesperformance to develop strategies to overcome the currentchallenges and plan the feature plans towards zerodowntime.
• Ensure safe and effective work ofsubordinates.
• Build effective relationshipwith safety Quality operations maintenance and engineering toensure team work on all initiatives.
• Leadingand supporting initiatives and implementation like Progressivemaintenance Autonomous maintenance and other pillarelements
• Direct responsibility to maintain andimprovement for all maintenance KPIs.
• Responsible to lead root cause analysis for all thebreakdown and to share the outcome with stake holders.
• Periodical performance meeting andreporting of KPI Responsible for proactive plans and funds forrefurbishment or replacement of old equipment.
• Ensure proper handover of documents critical spares andknowledge sharing for all the projects.
• Optimization of Contractors for any supporting activitiesof maintenance.
• Responsible Spares andMaterials purchasing management like planning and maintaining allthe critical spares early escalations periodic reporting of spareparts consumption and consolidation.
• OwningMaintenance Budget like planning & projecting yearly budgetrequirement to business periodic budget allocation escalationperiodic reporting and sharing the mitigation on budgetcontrol.
• Developing multiskilled associates bycapability building of teams through yearly trainingroadmap
• Ensures effective workload tomaintenance team also monitoring and analyzing the wrench time ofteam.
• Ensuring 100% internal external auditcompliance and maintaining the documents for anytime readyreference.
• Responsible for planning andexecuting seamless Planned Maintenance without impacting plantoperation through proper alignment with planner and production teamalso adhere 100% compliance.
• Leading theaction closure of RCA Audits near miss CAPA etc. and share on timeupdate to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible to participate and addressing the queries ofdaily and weekly meetings.
• Leading initiativesand supporting implantation of digitization of Factory.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in engineering electrical with 56 yearsexperience / Diploma in Electrical with 810 years experience in amanufacturing environment required.
• Workingknowledge on SAP (PM & SD).
• Should be ableto handle the subordinates efficiently with care.
• Should have high attitude for quality
• Experienced professional in ContinuousImprovement.
• Fluent in written and spokenEnglish.
• ISO 9001 & 50001Knowledge.
• Proficiency in both spoken &written English language is required
