    • Recruitment:
      • Receiveapplications and conduct preliminary screening for variousprojects.
      • Recruit both blue collar andwhitecollar candidates based on project requirements including butnot limited to roles such as doctors nurses drivers and supportstaff.
      • Source applications from a variety ofplatforms such as Naukri LinkedIn and other relevantsources.
      • Conduct field recruitment asnecessary.
      • Ensure that shortlisted candidatesare closed within the approved budget obtaining necessary approvalsfrom relevant stakeholders.
      • Initiate backgroundand reference checks for shortlistedcandidates.
      • Handle the issuance of offerletters/appointment letters.
      • Facilitate medicaltests for candidates where applicable.
      • Followup with candidates until their joining date including sendingreminders and confirmingdates.
    • NewHire Orientation:
      • Develop andschedule customized orientation plans for newhires.
      • Ensure a comprehensive induction isconducted on the first day ofemployment.
      • Coordinate necessary support as perpolicy such as transport accommodation andequipment.
      • Manage prejoining formalities anddocument collection.
      • Notify relevantdepartments about the joining of new hires and update employee datachecklists.
      • Introduce new hires to keypersonnel within theorganization.
    • ManagePayroll:
      • Receive and verifyattendance for field staff addressing any discrepancies with therespective leaders.
      • Monitor the overallattendance tracking process and provide reports forlatecomers.
      • Manage leave records balancecalculation and generate necessary reports for payrollprocessing.
    • ManageStatutory Compliance:
      • Ensurestrict adherence to statutory compliances and maintain updatedrecords.
      • Highlight and address any complianceissues under the guidance of the HeadHR.
      • Document regulatory amendments and keylearnings for futurereference.
    CandidateQualifications:
    We are seeking a candidatewith a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relatedfield with at least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment andgeneralist functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatoryrequirements isessential.RequiredSkills:
