    Job Responsibilities:

    Operations Management:

    Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the center's performance.

    Oversee day-to-day activities, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.

    Ensure the center operates smoothly and efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards and service excellence.

    Financial Management:

    Create and manage budgets, monitoring expenses, and revenue to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

    Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

    Responsible to follow up on collections.

    Staff Management:

    Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Provide leadership, direction, and performance feedback to employees, encouraging professional development.

    Schedule staff effectively to meet the demands of the center while ensuring adequate coverage.

    Customer Relations:

    Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Marketing and Business Development:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.

    Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the center's client base and revenue.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    Prepare regular reports on center performance & financials.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to operations, staff, and customers.

    Event Management (if applicable):

    Plan and coordinate events held within the center, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

    Locations: Borivali, Nashik And Pune.

    Salary upto: 4.0 to 6.0L P.A.
