    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at Vxplore Technologies. As a Jr. Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing social media strategies to create brand awareness and drive engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative company.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in social media marketing
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
    • Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Creating and managing social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
    • Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
    • Analyzing social media data and generating reports to measure the success of campaigns
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
    • Assisting in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns
    • Managing social media calendars and scheduling posts
    • Assisting in the creation and editing of social media graphics and videos
    • Supporting other marketing initiatives as needed
