    What will you be doing?

    Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager - iB Cricket Business Edition will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of our B2B sales strategy for the iB Cricket Business Edition, including lead generation, client acquisition, conversion, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles, a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, and a passion for driving business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the iB Cricket Business Edition.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the adoption of iB Cricket Business Edition to diverse locations like gaming zones, cafes, resorts, amusement parks, restaurants, cricket courts, and businesses requires a strategic approach
    • Create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and acquire new B2B clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the sports and entertainment industry.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the B2B sales team to drive performance and professional development.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product enhancement.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the iB Cricket Business Edition and generate new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to Co-founders.
    What are we looking for?
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, with a passion for cricket.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    Languages Known:
    • Native speaker of Hindi or Telugu
    • Very Good Proficiency in English is expected
