    NOV Reedhycalog is looking for Energetic Field professional with a strong technical background and Rig experience to work with our sales and technical team to actively provide field and operations support for all the product lines including Drill-bits, Coring, and Borehole Enlargement Services. Job responsibilities include providing field and operations support all across India while being based in the NOV Mumbai(Rabale) office.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Geology or relevant field.
  • 2 - 5 years of oilfield experience including Rig experience.

    • Primary Field Responsibilities :

  • Support overall operations on the field by monitoring and optimizing the performance of NOV Reedhycalog products on the field.
  • Liaising with Operator Representative, Drilling Crew, Directional Personnel, and Geologist prior to and during drilling.
  • Report to Operator Representative on a daily basis with a written summary report of the previous day's drilling.
  • Report to Sales Team on a daily basis with relevant information including the previous day's drilling and up-to-date drilling at the time of contact.
  • Hydraulics calculation (simulation) to be performed prior to and during drilling.
  • Inspections of tools at site and preparing the tools ready for runs as per requirement prior to the trip in hole.
  • Monitoring Drill out procedures for cement and casing float/shoe directly or remotely.
  • Conduct "Drill Off Tests" for each formation and record results (WOB, RPM, Torque, and ROP relationships)
  • Advise on the correct combination of drilling parameters for each application (relationship between ROP and durability, directional drilling requirements, etc) via direct monitoring or remote monitoring.
  • Ability to recognize and monitor different downhole vibration modes (Axial, Lateral, and Torsional vibration) from the surface and downhole measurements
  • Preparation of a full post-run report with photographs, operating parameters chart, and survey data

    • Operations Support:

  • Generating performance reports as per requirement and submitting them to the client and engineering team.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all customer accounts personnel, including office and field teams, and attend to their field requirements or requests efficiently and diligently to ensure that the customers receive the highest level of customer service
  • Responsible for Tools and Inventory inspection, mobilization, repair and maintenance, and all associated documentation in the facility or on-site while adhering to local compliance and HSE guidelines.
  • Support Inventory and logistics team on a regular basis
  • Customer visits, client offices, field site support, and intercompany travel as required throughout the assigned area

    • Sales Support:

  • Support the DSE Team in creating technical evaluations and product recommendations that help maximize the sales and profitability of assigned area
  • Support sales in achieving internal sales KPIs and metrics
  • Support sales, DSE, and Tender team in the development of the correct technical response to the client, and identifying new products to the area

    • Reporting:

  • Capture tool performance data from ongoing jobs for database entry and prepare to present customer-run reports and run performance summaries.
  • Develop case histories and outstanding run reports for internal and external use
  • Create dull forensics reports for all required runs in the area
  • Create incident reports analysis according to the QMS system

    • Quality System:

  • Participate in the ReedHycalog Quality Management System: Take the lead and support in all quality incidents in relation to your assigned area according to the QMS standards.
  • Provide feedback on product performance trends for product reliability and quality improvement

    • Safety:

  • Observe safety regulations, wear required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices, report hazards, and adhere to all HSE requirements.
  • Follow all safety protocols for customer sites as required by customer standards
  • Comply with the maintenance schedule for the assigned motor vehicle
  • Complete all assigned online training promptly
