    The Regional Cell Therapy Accounts Specialist will manage and develop relationships with key accounts across a designated region, focusing on the cell and gene therapy space. This role will ensure that healthcare providers and stakeholders are well-supported, educated, and aligned with the company's CGT offerings. The RCTAS will work closely with the Head of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth, increase client satisfaction, and expand the company's presence in the CGT market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships with key accounts in the assigned region, focusing on the promotion and support of the company's CGT products and services.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions in the CGT space.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers, treatment centers, and stakeholders to ensure proper education and use of CGT products.
    • Work closely with the Head of Key Accounts and internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical, product development) to execute account strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to foster strong, long-term partnerships and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Provide product training and technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring proper application of CGT treatments.
    • Monitor and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends within the region to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring smooth service delivery and satisfaction.
    • Stay informed on CGT developments, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to position the company's products effectively.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in the CGT space.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, treatment centers, and key stakeholders within the region.
    • Ensure clients are fully supported and educated in the use of CGT therapies.
    • Identify opportunities for expanding product usage and increasing market share within the region.
    • Address client issues and ensure satisfaction through proactive service and communication.

    Competencies Required:

    Technical Competencies:

    • Cell and Gene Therapy Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CGT products, particularly their application in hematology-oncology, and ability to communicate their value to healthcare professionals.
    • Account Management: Experience in managing client accounts within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors, with the ability to execute regional strategies effectively.
    • Regulatory and Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CGT therapies, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
    • Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to drive strategic growth within the region.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Adaptability to manage the dynamic and evolving nature of the CGT landscape.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field is required.
    • Advanced Degree (Master's in life sciences or healthcare management) is a plus with 15+ years of experience.

    Working Conditions:

    • Role Type: Full Time with Extensive Travel.
    • Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift.
    • Travel Requirements: Yes.
    • Base Location: Delhi.
