    As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Oil, Pharma, or Chemical industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This involves sourcing candidates through various portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing marketing campaigns to appeal to qualified recruits and projecting the image necessary to attract suitable candidates.
    • Participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision.
    • Assisting with internal hiring efforts, including assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles.
    • Organizing and attending career fairs to source suitable candidates.
    • Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning.
    • Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools.
    • Managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews.
    • Providing candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment.
    • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data.
    • Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention.
    • Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Oil, Pharma, or Chemical industry and be able to develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization. A competitive salary range for this position is **$80,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on experience.
