    Job Description:

    We are looking for 4 - 8 years' experienced Oracle HCM Senior Techno- Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise on Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Absence Management

    An Ideal candidate should have experience on Cloud with the ability to provide effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

    Should be well experienced in partnering with onsite functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and working alongside peers and technical support teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno- Functional role. Consultant with expertise on Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Absence Management
    • Must hold strong experience in any two of these modules.
    • Should take end to end responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and support of the Oracle HCM modules.
    • Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills and participated in 3 or more go-live for these modules.
    • Lead team with design and deployment of Talent Management data in the Cloud HCM module and manage the solution for legacy Talent Management data migration.
    • Configure application modules related to Oracle Recruiting, payroll, and Time & Labor
    • Adherence to project milestones, including implementing appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from plan.
    • The projects involve: Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Conference Room Pilot (CRP's) and relevant documentations, System Integration Testing and Process Flow Testing, Key User Training (KUT) and Preparation of KUT Guides, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Preparation of UAT Scripts, Validating and testing the Data Migration Process.
    • Complete involvement in the Data Migration Activities

    Qualification & Skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong experience with an Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Absence Management
    • Minimum 1 full life-cycle implementation experience.
    • Wider experience of Oracle Cloud HCM Modules (Payroll, Workforce management, Talent Management & HCM Analytics)
    • An ideal candidate must have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows
    • Candidates should have prior Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting experience, with experience implementing Cloud Time & Labor module.
    • Should understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud functionality. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows.
    • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
    • Advanced experience with Oracle Fusion Time & Labor with creating Elements and Leading requirements gathering workshops
    • Configuring Time Cards, Time Entry and Time Calculation rules, Time Processing profiles, Creating Payroll Elements (preferred)
    • Ability to write Fast Formulas.
