We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong Team Lead background to join our growing team.

• This role requires a deep understanding of Java backend development, Angular frontend development, and cloud technologies.
• You will play a key role in leading and mentoring junior developers, architecting complex solutions, and driving technical innovation across our projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively bridging the gap between technical and nontechnical Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and highperforming development environment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to overall system architecture.
• Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant backend systems using Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop userfriendly and responsive web applications using Angular.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS preferred) to deploy and manage applications.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, operations, and endusers to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously learn and stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in Java, Angular, cloud computing, and DevOps.
• Advocate for strong development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and code quality analysis tools (Sonar).
• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress towards project goals.
• Document technical solutions and maintain clear and concise code.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing (strong English communication required due to UKbased client).

• Proven experience as a successful Team Lead (mandatory).
• Expertise in Java backend development (Java 17, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs).
• Indepth knowledge of Angular frontend development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/OpenShift a plus).
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for building highquality, maintainable software.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience working in the Banking, Risk Management, or Financial Services industry (desirable).)
