    Job Title:

    Freelance SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant



    Job Description:


    As a Freelance SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in the integration and implementation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in conjunction with S/4 Hana.

    This role specifically supports clients within the UK higher education sector, aiming to enhance their HR processes and systems.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Support implementation and configuration of modules within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

    Lead sessions to gather requirements and map client business needs to functionalities within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana.

    Design, customize, and optimize HR processes and structures based on specific project requirements, particularly focusing on the unique needs of the UK higher education sector.

    Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption and functional performance of new systems.

    Conduct thorough integration testing and facilitate data migration from legacy systems to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana platforms.

    Collaborate with other consultants to ensure seamless integration across various systems and modules.

    Document all configurations, modifications, and maintenance procedures related to the systems implemented.

    Keep abreast of updates and new technologies within SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Extensive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with specific experience in S/4 Hana implementations.

    Proven track record of successful implementation of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana in a freelance or consulting capacity.

    Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, payroll, benefits, and compliance frameworks within the UK higher education sector.

    SAP certifications in HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4 Hana are highly advantageous.



    Skills:

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines effectively.
