- As the first Talent Acquisition Recruiter in India, you will design and implement recruiting strategies and processes that will contribute to the long-range growth of Addepar.
- Build diverse engineering teams through tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Source and screen engineering candidates to help identify role fit and culture add.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, while keeping in mind the various business and individual client needs.
- Report to senior R&D leadership on hiring activity and provide market intelligence on job market trends.
- Leverage market and recruiting metric data to influence hiring decisions, including but not limited to, sourcing, candidate selection, and compensation.
- Prior experience sourcing, screening, hiring and software engineers in a high growth technology or financial services company.
- Previous experience working for/with a U.S. based multinational company
- Have led new office/team build outs where delivering high quality diverse talent is required.
- You stay current on market trends in the tech community, and leverage that data to influence your recruitment strategy and hiring decisions.
- Have experience meeting exceptional hiring goals in a metric-driven organization.
- You obsess about maintaining data quality and integrity.
- You enjoy solving problems, iterating on processes, and constantly think about ways to evolve and adapt to the ever changing job market.
- You are process oriented, but adaptable to change and have the agility to context switch from various types of roles.
- Youre a clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
