    Key Responsibilities:

    Execute per IT Supplier Management Framework ensuring common standards and methodology for core process activities in Performance, Issue Management and Governance Orchestration are being utilized

  • Execute Right-Sizing Assessments of Service Providers in alignment with IT Workforce Planning and the IT Operating Model for Managed Capacity and Co-Sourced Capacity
  • Execute IT Contract Coordination and Supplier Management Framework for Low and Medium Risk Service Providers and support IT Stakeholders with requirements for Self-Serve/Light suppliers
  • Assist in the assessment of SLA misses and defaults driving and tracking the completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action and Preventative Action
  • Track, report and escalate appropriated issues in alignment with Issue Management process
  • Work with IT leads, internal BMS teams, as well as service providers, to ensure processes and controls checklist are well documented and updated in SharePoint
  • Facilitate requests and approvals for new domain names, changes and transfers, 3rd party domain name purchases, DNS changes, and domain name retirement. Collaborate and manage the relationship with the BMS Supplier providing domain name registration services.
  • Administrative management of the Provider Governance Module within BMS ServiceNow and ongoing support of stakeholders and users
  • Partner with BMS and service provider leads to collect and aggregate detailed weekly and monthly reporting
  • Partner with IT Contract Operations and IT Supplier Insights teams to ensure IT Supplier Management Framework is properly aligned with Supplier Lifecycle Management and Contract Renewal processes
  • Qualifications, Competencies & Experience:

  • Knowledge of operating in a regulated entity
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or other equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of IT Supplier Management, finance, contract negotiations or risk management experience .
  • Knowledge of IT vendor management principals and best practices, industry standards, tools & technology
  • Experience with and understanding of contractual terms and Service Levels in IT service agreements.
  • Skills desired:

  • Legal and Financial Acumen - Strong domain knowledge – IT procurement processes, legal and financial aspects of procurement and contracting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand and participate in the vendor management of IT Service Providers
  • Build trusting relationships with teams and/or leaders and 3rd party providers that enable seamless working relationships and drives high performance and collaboration and resolve conflicts in a mature manner
  • Manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, challenge the status quo, and exercise diplomacy all while maintaining a high comfort level for ambiguity.
  • Act with integrity, transparency and credibility and demonstrate accountability for results.
  • Strong planning, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Use business judgment when assessing requirements and performance; determine impact to contractual obligations as these relate to performance and reporting.
  • Fluent with collaboration technologies (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc.) and presentations written, emails, verbal – with a wide variety of audiences and conversant with procurement systems ( Ariba, i-Certis, ServiceNow etc.)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information and generate reports/insights for strategic decision-making.
