    Job Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our bench sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in bench sales and US IT staffing.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Leading the bench sales team to achieve placement targets
    • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to place consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors
    • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and tier-1 staffing partners

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals
    2. Working closely with recruiters to understand consultant skills and ensure successful placements
    3. Tracking consultant availability, submissions, and placement status while maintaining detailed reports
    4. Sourcing new opportunities through job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed) and vendor lists
    5. Ensuring compliance with US work authorization policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)
    6. Maintaining market trend awareness and proactively identifying new business opportunities
    7. Training, mentoring, and guiding the bench sales team to improve efficiency and performance
    8. Negotiating billing rates, contract terms, and agreements with clients and vendors
    9. Collaborating with leadership to set and achieve revenue goals
