• Adhere to company policies andprocedures for chat and email interactions
• Meetor exceed productivity and quality standards for chat and emailsupport
• Collaborate with team members to sharebest practices and contribute to a positive workenvironment
• Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions and transactions
• Stayupdated on product knowledge and new features to provide relevantinformation to customers
• Assist in othercustomer service tasks as needed
• Adapt to newtools and technologies to improveefficiency
• Participate in training anddevelopment programs as required
• Adhere to workschedule and WFH guidelines

RequiredQualifications

• High school diploma orequivalent
• Prior experience in a customerservice role
• Excellent written communicationskills
• Ability to multitask and prioritizeworkload effectively
• Strong problemsolvingabilities
• Proficiency in computer applicationsand webbased tools
• Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
• Adaptability to changing business needsand technology
