We are seeking a motivatedand skilled Business Development Executive to joinourteam.

The ideal candidate will have anMBA a minimum of three years of experience in sales orbusinessdevelopment preferably in thepharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving businessgrowth.

KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and implementeffective business development strategies to increase companysalesand marketpresence. Identify new businessopportunities including new markets growth areas trendscustomersproducts andservices. Understand the needs of ourcustomers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of howtomeet these. Thinkstrategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims andobjectives in order to developand improvethe business. Work strategically carryingout necessary planning in order to implement operationalchanges. Draw up client contracts andnegotiate terms and conditions. Foster anddevelop relationships withcustomers/clients. Attend seminarsconferences and events where appropriate.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the pharma businessworld. Create detailed business plans tofacilitate the attainment of goals andquotas.
