Job description
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager role is designed for a highly strategic, growth -driven marketer with deep expertise in scaling eCommerce and D2C brands. This role requires mastery over Meta and Google Ads, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving high -impact performance campaigns. The individual will lead large brand accounts, own strategy end -to -end, manage a team, and ensure sustainable and profitable growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>1. Strategic Leadership<\/b>

<\/p>
● Develop full -funnel growth strategies for eCommerce and D2C brands across Meta, Google, and supporting channels.
<\/div>
● Build quarterly/annual growth roadmaps, aligning on budgets, funnels, and scaling milestones.
<\/div>
● Identify opportunities for scale, efficiency, and experimental growth across platforms.
<\/div>
● Provide strategic direction for creative messaging, hooks, and content required for scaling brands.
<\/div>

2. Performance Management & Optimization<\/b>
<\/h3>
<\/p>
● Oversee and guide the execution of high -budget campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Paid Social.
<\/div>
● Conduct deep performance audits to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization frameworks.
<\/div>
● Lead large -scale A/B testing across creatives, placements, audiences, and landing pages.
<\/div>
● Own ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets while ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable scaling.
<\/div>

3. Analytics, Forecasting & Insights<\/b>
<\/h3>
<\/p>
● Build advanced performance dashboards and insight -driven monthly/quarterly review decks.
<\/div>
● Interpret complex data to drive actionable strategies and next -step recommendations.
<\/div>
● Manage forecasting, budget allocation, pacing, and scenario planning.
<\/div>
● Ensure strong tracking hygiene through GA4, UTMs, tag setups, and attribution modeling.
<\/div>

4. Client Leadership & Business Ownership<\/b>
<\/h3>
<\/p>
● Act as the strategic partner for key D2C clients—representing Intent Farm's expertise.
<\/div>
● Lead performance review calls, present insights, set expectations, and drive decision -making.
<\/div>
● Build long -term relationships based on transparency, growth, and data -driven recommendations.
<\/div>
● Consult clients on multi -channel marketing strategies beyond paid ads (CRO, retention, CRM, landing pages, creative direction).
<\/div>

5. Team Management & Mentorship<\/b>
<\/h3>
<\/p>
● Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and associates.
<\/div>
● Define processes, optimization checklists, creative testing frameworks, and best practices.
<\/div>
● Conduct skill assessments, training sessions, and growth plans for team members.
<\/div>
● Ensure high -quality delivery, timely execution, and smooth cross -team collaboration.
<\/div>

Requirements<\/b>
<\/h2>
<\/p>
● 5–8 years of hands -on experience<\/b> in performance marketing, with strong eCommerce/D2C experience.
<\/div>
● Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads<\/b>, especially Search + Shopping + Paid Social.
<\/div>
● Proven experience in scaling D2C brands from early -stage to multi -crore monthly revenue.
<\/div>
● Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Sheets<\/b>.
<\/div>
● Expertise in funnel optimization, CRO, remarketing frameworks, and landing page performance<\/b>.
<\/div>
● Ability to build and present high -level strategic plans and performance reviews.
<\/div>
● Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high -performing teams.
<\/div>
● Excellent communication, client management, and decision -making abilities.
<\/div>
● Experience managing multiple accounts with high budgets in a fast -paced agency environment.
<\/div>
