    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Specialist - Govt. Tenders & Sales Ops. This role involves managing government tenders, e-commerce accounts, and providing support for international trade operations.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Government Tender Management:

    • Assess government tenders for relevance and feasibility.
    • Prepare and submit bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
    • Manage documentation and proposal preparation for government tenders.
    • Prepare commercial aspects of tender submissions.
    • Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other government procurement platforms.

    2. E-commerce Account Management:

    • Manage existing accounts on various e-commerce platforms.
    • Liaise with external stakeholders to establish new accounts on potential e-commerce channels and websites.
    • Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

    3. International Trade Support:

    • Provide ad-hoc support in managing international business and assist in managing key account.

    4. Communication and Coordination:

    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding tender submissions, e-commerce accounts, and international trade operations.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align activities and achieve organizational objectives.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities and results.

    6. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to government tenders, e-commerce, and international trade.
    • Maintain accurate documentation related to tender submissions, e-commerce accounts, and international trade transactions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A min of bachelor's degree.
    • Proven experience in government tender management, especially on GEM portal. Exposure in e-commerce account management, and international trade support roles is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other government procurement platforms preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
