    About the Role

    We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and engagement across all media.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design creative assets for websites, social media, ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain branding elements (typography, colour schemes) to ensure consistent visual identity.
    • Create engaging infographics, banners, and promotional materials for global and Japanese audiences.
    • Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content for maximum engagement.
    • Proofread design copy for accuracy, impact, and grammar (final quality control).
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative ideas.
    • Ensure all designs align with JIITAK's brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, especially for global and Japanese markets.
    • Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and clarity in creating visually appealing designs.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
    • Experience with animation/motion graphics is a plus.
    • Knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices.
    • Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
