    Manager - App Commerce

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical App Merchandiser & Revenue Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, consumer behaviour, and revenue strategies.

    This person will be responsible for optimising the presentation and performance of our products across various online channels(App & Web) to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own Revenue generation for ecommerce platforms(App/Web).
    • Onboard new brands on the platform and strengthen relationship with existing brands
    • Create and manage monthly merchandising calendar
    • Manage the online product catalogue, including adding new products, updating product information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
    • Utilize analytics tools and reports to monitor product performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design, and inventory management, to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to drive sales and maintain competitive pricing within the market.
    • Optimize product listings for search engine visibility and ensure compliance with SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
    • Continuously monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and differentiation.
    • A/B test product presentation, messaging, and placement to optimize conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in online merchandising to maintain a competitive edge.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 35 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
    • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques is preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
