    The Role of a Customer Success Manager at HyperStart:

    We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. This individual will be the primary advocate for our customers, driving their success with HyperStart.

    The CSM will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform.
    • Deliver tailored training and resources to help customers quickly realize value from HyperStart.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
    • Regularly monitor customer health, proactively addressing issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers maximize their use of HyperStart's features.
    • Drive customer satisfaction to secure renewals, aiming for zero churn across your portfolio.

    Requirements:

    • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
    • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
