Position Title: Senior SAP EWM Technical Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Chennai

Hybrid model-3 days a week is must.

Job Description:

• 10+ Years relevant experience
• And willing to work in shifts
• Preferably working from all Infosys Chennai DC locations specially (Chennai SEZ location (Sholzsunit)
• Must have design and configuration experience in EWM/ module: Inbound/outbound/manufacturing process with Warehouse, VAS, Picking, Packing, Cross docking, Yard management, Labor management, Physical inventory, Internal Warehouse EWM Processes and return process.
• Experienced in designing labels, Barcode Scanners, RF implementations.
• Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution module (EWM) and other SAP cross functional experience in MM, PP&SD.
• Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, 3PL, etc.) /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP 3PL preferred.
• Must have experience in migrating data to SAP EWM & Post migration data validation/ Reconciliation in various Projects.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs and preparation business process global template.
• Working experience with EWM queue management and resolutions.
• Good experience in LOSC/POSC.
• Good experience in all standard SAP EWM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations.
• Working experience with Serial number and batch management.
• Working experience of cross-docking, wave/2-step picking etc.
• Good to have experience on EWM Replenishment, Slotting & Rearrangement Processes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
