    Responsibilties1.Execute longterm and shortterm sales strategies to acceleratebusiness growth2. Growsales and increase Omicrons market share in theregion3. Understand andanalyze market trends in order to achieve the target budget andidentify futureopportunities.4.Aggressively seek new clients by sales and marketing strategies todrive sales growth in and around designated regions which willcover customers through interaction with contractors consultantsand end customers.5.Demonstrate strong closing techniques and sales growth throughprofessional communications with potentialclients.6. Developlongterm relationships with clients by managing and interpretingtheir requirements speaking with clients to understand anticipateand meet their needs.7.Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course ofaction to alleviate these concerns in thefuture.8. Persuadeclients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms ofquality price anddelivery.9. Expandmarket awareness of our products and our industry experience bycommunicating the features and benefits of our products andserviceseffectively.10. Prepareontime responses to requests for quotation negotiation and close ofsales order .11.Maintain a strong knowledge of competitor products and identify andreport intelligence on competitor pricing and marketingstrategies.12.Attending and participating in trade shows conferences and othermarketing events.13.Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule client meetings andaction plans forfollowup.
    Products1.The engineer will be required to sell Omicron s products whichinclude but are not limited to Instruments used to measure andcontrol Pressure Temperature Flow Level Air Quality and WaterQuality.Customers2.The engineer will be involved in direct sales to Customers in theAutomation Segment (Process / OEM / HVAC / BMS) PharmaceuticalSegment and OEM.3.Interaction with contractors consultants and endcustomers.
    Educationandexperience1.B.E or BTECH (Instrumentation /Electronics)2. 24 yearsSales experience.3.Experience selling instrumentation andsensors4. Experienceworking in the HVAC and/or BMSindustries5. Ready totravel all overIndia.
    WorkingDays1. 6Days a Week and 3rd Saturday off and all Sundayoff
