ClientFacingResponsibilitiesSupport theconfiguration of the Salesforce environment according to clientspecifications and project scope.
Design andprovide training for clients at various levels includingadministrator and end users based on project implementationgoals.
Conduct discovery meetings withclients to determine requirements asappropriateFollow best practices andstandards in software design development anddeployment.
Develop full migration andimplementation plans that address both the tactical and strategicneeds of theclient.
Requirements.7years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or SalesforceConsultantSalesforce Admin Certification isrequired.

Additional Salesforce Certifications arepreferredExperience working with customersto elicit and analyze their requirements develop designs andimplement custom solutionsStrong knowledgeof Agile project delivery practices requirements gathering userstory prioritization and solid UAT guidelinesrequiredProficiency in Google Docs SheetsPresentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA andTeams are requiredExcellent time managementskills and the ability to prioritize work as well as workindependently is necessaryDemonstratedbusiness aptitude with the ability to translate practical businessconcepts into technicalspecifications.

Configure solutionswith Salesforce products as needed to complete project goals. Planand execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce.
Investigate and implement thirdparty tools that integrate withSalesforce.
Partner with the internaldevelopment team to create custom code including composing userstories testing and deployment.
Provideweekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s)status to projectPM
