    Position: HR Business Partner (US shifts - 6pm to 3am)

    Job location ; Manyata Tech Park (Nagwara) or Divyashree towers, Bannerghatta main road (opp Jayadeva hospital)

    Key Essentials:

    Graduate or Post-Graduate with 2yrs of relevant experience in HRBP role

    Must have experience on Exit management, Grievance handling and conducting engagement sessions

    Hands on with excel / MIS reports. (V /H - Look up, pivot table,etc.)

    Must be fine with work from office premises (5days week) in US shifts (6pm to 3am)

    Role: The HRBP would be responsible for handling end to end employee life cycle management post onboarding till exit management which includes:

    • Handling employee grievance
    • Driving Employee connects / engagement sessions
    • Supporting in performance reviews
    • Handling Exit interviews and getting in retention discussions
    • Arranging Skip level sessions and take disciplinary actions
    • Responsible for providing MIS reports like Attrition reports, abscentism reports, etc.

    Desired skills:

    Experience in exit management, grievance handling and employee engagement

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PPT)

    Must be flexible to night shifts
