• 2 years designingand managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for alarge geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000users).
• 2 years of experience administering DNSDHCP and PKI.
• Experience with configuring GroupPolicy Objects to secure a Windowsinfrastructure.
• Experience with complexscripting leveraging PowerShell.
• Experienceworking at an ADfunctional level and migration to 2016 functionallevel preferred.
• Experience with domainconsolidations/migrations preferred.
• Experienceof Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directoryissues.
• 2 years of experience in MicrosoftWindows Server Administration to include Server 2012/16 and 2019operating systems.
• Experience using a ticketmanagement system for work prioritization and daily workloadmanagement.
• Knowledge on Onpremise Exchange andO365 Service is added advantage.
• Coordinatingwith different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating oftechnical documentation.
• 3rd party vendorcoordination for visit andtroubleshooting
• Incident Management &Escalation Ticket Status Check andUpdate.
• Change Management Change Raising tofacilitate incident resolution & Problemresolution.
• Problem Management & RCAResponsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 &Severity 2 calls
• Flexible to work on shifts andVery good communicationskills
