    Job Title:

    HRGeneralist/HRBP
    JobOverview: As an HR Generalist at our unifiedcommunication platform you will play a pivotal role in supportingthe overall human resources function.

    You will be responsible forexecuting HR programs policies and initiatives that align with theorganizations strategic objectives.

    This role requires a dynamicindividual with a strong understanding of HR practices excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpacedcollaborative environment.


    KeyResponsibilities:


    1.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in endtoend recruitment process including sourcinginterviewing and selecting candidates.
    Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities to ensure asmooth transition for newhires.
    2.


    EmployeeRelations:
    Act as a point ofcontact for employee inquiries concerns andconflicts. Work closely with management toaddress employee relations issues and promote a positive workenvironment.
    3. HR Policies andProcedures Develop implementand update HR policies andprocedures.
    4.


    PerformanceManagement:
    Assist in theperformance management process including goalsetting performancereviews and developmentplans


    5 Training andDevelopment:

    Identifytraining needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employeeskills and knowledge. Support careerdevelopment initiatives within theorganization.
    6.


    BenefitsAdministration:
    Administeremployee benefits programs including health insurance retirementplans and other perks


    7 HRAdministration:

    Maintainaccurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRsystems. Generate HR reports and analyticsfor management review.

    Employee Engagement:
    Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement andworkplace culture. Organize teambuildingactivities and events.
    9.


    Conflict Resolution:
    Addressworkplace conflicts and mediate resolutions asneeded


    10 Payroll andCompliances :

    Assist incomplete payroll process and resolve queries of employees Stay updated with labor laws andregulations to ensure compliance
    Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field. Proven experience as an HRGeneralist or in a similar HR role for 35years Strong knowledge of HR lawsregulations and best practices. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion. Detailoriented with strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.
    Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
