    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team as a Senior Manager- People Business Partner based out of Mysore, Karnataka.

    The estimated salary for this role is ₹50,00,000 - ₹75,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR processes to ensure timely hiring of competent manpower required for the brewery.
    • Plan for developing people for key positions by identifying people, their competencies, and gap.
    • Design and manage key support systems – succession plans, mentoring & coaching framework etc.
    • Ensure smooth and timely implementation of BU HR & Zone Best Practices.
    • Prepare and execute progressive strategies to ensure on-time, mutually beneficial collective bargaining settlements with alignment to regional cum industry practices.

    Skills and Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
