    Medical Director (Panmedical)

    Panmedical Services Private Limited ("Panmedical") is a digital healthcare company that provides services within India. We are looking for Medical Directors (full time, or part time) to expand our current business, working with our target clients (partners and patients). The Medical Director will be responsible for oversight of daily clinical operations at Panmedical.

    This is open to dynamic, recent, medical graduates interested in state-of-the-art technology and digital healthcare delivered by a global team. Preference will be given to resources with great communication skills and high energy.

    Education and Experience:

    · Minimum MBBS

    · Post graduate training and certifications preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    · Provide medical expertise and leadership in developing partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.

    · Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to support the rapid growth of the company in the digital healthcare space in alignment with our goals and mission.

    · Lead the collaboration process with high value clients like insurance companies, third party administrators, large health and hospital systems, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners including doctors, nurses, mental health counselors, fitness experts etc.

    · Serve as liaison between the operational teams and senior leadership and provide direction and guidance to non-medical team members.

    · Address gaps in clinical knowledge of the entire team when necessary and be available for troubleshooting issues as and when they occur.

    · Work collaboratively with healthcare service providers like pharmacies, labs, imaging centers, and medical equipment vendors.

    · Strategize and integrate business plans to grow the company network and net worth.

    · Oversee development of the call schedule of providers for availability and seamless care delivery.

    · If needed, be available for consultations with patients.

    · Review workflow processes and identify opportunities for improving medical care delivery.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum MBBS degree from an accredited medical college

    · Additional post-graduate training and certifications will be given preference.

    · Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills, and adept at engaging diverse stakeholders.

    · Strong ability to lead in a fast-paced changing of an emerging healthcare startup.

    · Experience in leadership roles in the clinical setting.

    · Strong business acumen in the health care field and strategic thinker capable of devising and executing robust innovative programs.

    · Ethical and committed to upholding the highest standards of medical care delivery.

    · Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and keep up with trends.

    · Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume to build a healthy pipeline.

    · Guide business development to drive business.

    · Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.

    · Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a strong pipeline.

    Key Skills:
