Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality procedures, standards, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and collaborate with purchasing staff for external standards.
• Maintain manufacturing processes to meet national and international standards.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and waste reduction strategies.
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
• Monitor performance through data analysis and statistical reporting.
• Conduct quality checks on equipment before dispatch.
• Provide backend support to relevant departments.
• Coordinate and verify documentation for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Perform internal inspections to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering - Diploma or Graduate
• 2+ year of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing background
