    About the Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) to ensure optimal budget allocation and maximum ROI.
    3. Campaign Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
    4. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across different platforms, ensuring effective spend distribution while meeting performance targets.
    5. Social Media Strategy: Develop and recommend strategies for content on social media channels to boost engagement, conversions, and brand visibility, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
    6. Reporting: Generate regular reports and insights on campaign performance, competitor analysis, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
    7. Collaboration: Work closely with creative & content teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with business goals.
    8. Market Research: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to craft strategic content recommendations that drive results and align with brand objectives.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and take data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative ideas for content that enhances engagement and drives conversions.
    • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, and more.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable results and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.

    Preferred Qualifications:
