Profile Summary:

Responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that support the EPMO strategy and help the team make informed business decisions. Delivers monthly and quarterly reporting and performs ad-hoc analysis to gain insights into trends and anomalies. Works with stakeholders to develop new reports and visualizations.

Years of Experience : 5 years to 7 years.

Location : Bangalore.

Mandatory: PMO, Reporting, Tableau, Power BI, Waterfall, Agile

Profile Description:

• Manage and maintain existing EPMO reports, dashboards, metrics, and measures.
• Compile and deliver defined reports on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
• Regularly review reports for accuracy and highlight trends and anomalies which require additional analysis.
• Proactively identify reporting gaps and data quality issues, and raise suggestions to improve.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding EPMO related issues or opportunities.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience in Technology or related field
• Proficiency with Excel for data aggregation, analysis and manipulation
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
• Strong understanding of SQL; experience with writing queries that use basic joins and criteria.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, with ability to compile.
• Strong analytical, research and investigative skills, ability to evaluate and assess complex topics and creatively problem-solve.
• Strong program management skills, including the ability to create work plans and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to work under deadline and strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with project management processes (SDLC, waterfall, agile) preferred.
