Risk analysis maintaining Hindrance register and Drawing register. - Quantity Surveying QS Cross-checking of quantities from CADPDF drawings as per IS code guideline for Client billing and Sub Contractor Billing Evaluation making action Plan accordingly DC IDC Analysis Cost Analysis Revenue Recognition of the project The analysis is based on the Direct Cost Based on the BOQ and Indirect Cost Over Head Cost of the project with revenue for the project.
- Monthly Sales Preparation Taking cost provision against un booked cost to analyze profit Loss Resolve complex Issues quickly Rate Analysis Vendor Extra Items Vendor Finalization Procurement Services for Site Level PRW Specialized Vendors Representing Clint Consultant regarding Drawing Issues Site Related Issues Attending all internal external meetings.
