Job Title: Training, Logistic Improvement and Kaizen Incharge - Assembly

Job Role:

1- Training of new manpower.

2- Logistic improvement and material flow improvement.

3- Shop Kaizen InCharge along with improvement activities with other department. Reporting To: Shop In-charge

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 3 to 9 Years

Job Responsibilities

1- Responsible for managing, coordinating and conducting all training programs for new as well as Experience manpower.

2- Shop Improvement activities(Kaizen).

3- overseeing all aspects of material flow management inside plant, Material variance analysis, Packaging improvement, BOM Checking etc.

4- Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.

5. Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.

Competencies / Skills

1- Experience of process analysis and improvement.

2- Experience of Vehicle Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry

3- Planning and Problem solving Skills

4- Co-ordination and communication with other stake holders.

5- Can read and prepare engineering drawings.

6- Hand on Experience of kaizen activities.

7- Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
