Looking to connect with legal professionals between 6-9 years of experience who have a mix of law firm and In-house experience. This is an interesting opportunity for a #startupcompany at #bangalore. The professional needs to be adept in SAAS agreements, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory.

The job responsibilities are as follow:-

• Draft, review, and negotiate, agreements including but not limited to vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, sales agreements, consulting/consultant agreements, recruitment agreements, independent contractor agreements, license purchase terms for buy-side transactions for all geographies. etc.;

• Draft, review negotiate, agreements with partners/reseller(s) globally, including not limited to clickwrap agreements, reseller agreements, teaming agreements, service provider agreements, software licensing end user agreements, partnership agreements, etc.;

• Draft, review, and negotiate, cross-border commercial sales side agreements, including not limited to MSAs/SOWs/WOs/POs/RFPs/MSA/DPA/NDA/Privacy Policy/ Terms of Service, etc., per industry requirements and per assigned jurisdictions;

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including the creation of drafts, modifications, amendments, and renewals of existing contracts/MSAs/SOWs, etc. and creation of contract compliance checklists, etc.;

• Clear understanding of different kinds of SAAS services being offered by the Company and keen to learn and understand the technologies and the functioning/operations of the same to understand and evaluate the legal risks associated with it during the contract lifecycle;

• Independent in handling Vendor/Customer/Partner calls for contract negotiation – is preferable.
