Job Description :

• A Senior Interior Designer is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Their role involves a combination of creative, technical, and managerial skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe interior spaces. an overview of the job profile:
• 1. Design Conceptualization: Senior Interior Designers collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• 2.They develop design : Concepts that align with the client & vision, considering factors such as space utilization, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• 3. Space Planning: They analyze spatial layouts and develop floor plans, ensuring efficient utilization of space and adherence to Interior codes and regulations. This involves considering factors such as traffic flow, furniture placement, and accessibility requirements.
• 4. Material and Finishes Selection: Senior Interior Designers select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of interior spaces. They consider factors such as durability, maintenance requirements, and interior environmental temperature impact.
• 5. Technical Drawings and Documentation: They create detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, to communicate
• design intent to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. These drawings serve as guidelines for Interior fitout and installation.
• 6. Project Management: Senior Interior Designers manage all aspects of interior design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors. • 8. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Senior Interior Designers often lead multidisciplinary teams, including junior designers, Freshers, Interns, and
