    Min - 1 to 2 years of experience as a trainer

    Should be from the QSR Industry ONLY

    Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft & systems.

    Age - 28 to 35

    Should be comfortable with travelling

    Good Communication skills

    Should be presentable

    Immediate Joining is required

    Salary - 30,000 to 40,000/-

    Job Description

    Develop and implement training programs.

    Plan and schedule training on a regular basis.

    Prepare and maintain training course materials.

    Inform about the training events in advance to all.

    Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.

    Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.

    Manage and maintain training websites.

    Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.

    Collaborate with the Training manager to identify relevant training needs.

    Collaborate with Content Specialists increation/modify training materials.

    Conduct product or process shoots as per requirement for the content specialists for training materials.

    Establish training programs to suit the current organizational needs.

    Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires.

    Adhere to company procedures and regulations.

    Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs.

    Maintain training equipment and supplies insafe and good working conditions.

    Reserve training rooms and set-up training equipment for conducting training programs.Conducting field visits as in when required as per management for shoots, training & audits.

    Process trainers will be responsible to conduct Audits as assigned to them at all times.

    Process trainers will have to ensure the training provided is implemented at the store level by visiting the stores as required by the management.

    When there are no training batches the trainer will be responsible for tasks assigned to him/her by the management.
