    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Specialist to oversee human resources functions and operational activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, coupled with excellent organizational and leadership skills to efficiently manage daily operations.

    Location Pune and Indore

    Responsibilities: Human Resources Management:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and facilitating training sessions.
    • Administer & Assist employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Monitor employee performance and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
    • Assist in organizing employee events, meetings, and training sessions.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
    • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
    • Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in human resources management and operations, with at least 5 years of progressive roles.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in TEAM & lead.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite & ZOHO - Mandatory but flexible as per the trend
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
