    Description

    Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our HR team and lead the recruitment process for key positions within our global offices in India, Philippines and Taiwan. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific roles.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating salary offers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience minimum 5 years+ as a Recruiter preferably within IT (more preferably in SaaS companies / AI companies) industry.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced level proficiency in English
    • Experience utilizing for sourcing and job-posting and working with online job portals, agencies.

    Nice to Have:

    • Recruiting experience in either India, Philippines or Taiwan or knowledge of labor law and job market in either one of the mentioned countries
    • Experience in Start-up: Ability to set up recruiting process
    • Fluency in Japanese.
