We are inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee Insurance Accounting Management Operational Reporting.Responsibilities include data collection validation management operational reporting assist in gathering validating organizing operational financial data for reporting covering premiums claims reserves reinsurance policy counts operational KPIs report preparation support preparation management dashboards daily weekly monthly operational reports performance scorecards used operations leadership underwriting claims finance teams KPI monitoring track key insurance metrics loss ratios claim cycle times agent performance renewals cancellations premium trends operational SLAs trend variance analysis assist analyzing financial operational variances product lines geographies business units support decision making operation process reporting help consolidate data related policy issuance claims processing agent activities customer service prepare operations focused reports data reconciliation support reconcile operational data financial systems subledger reporting dashboards ensure accuracy eliminate mismatches management package support contribute monthly quarterly reporting deck preparation senior management narrative summaries visualizations performance commentary cross functional coordination work underwriting claims actuarial finance teams ensure complete accurate inputs reporting cycles controls documentation maintain documentation all reporting procedures ensure audit ready records support compliance internal controls NAIC reporting expectations Minimum Qualifications commerce graduate postgraduate relevant years experience management operational reporting experience working insurance client added advantage Preferred Skill Set insurance knowledge understanding processes including KPIs performance dashboards metrics premiums claims loss ratios Data Analysis Visualization experience familiarity Excel dashboards pivot tables charts Power BI Tableau for operative
