Description

TRASSIR is a CCTV systems manufacturer and video surveillance software developer. Since 2002 we have been developing advanced solutions for CCTV surveillance and security. You will do:

1. Development of the technological process for new products, including:

· Selection of equipment, tools;

· Calculation of labor costs and consumption rates;

· Workplace organization (in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, and safety);

· Purchase of necessary tools and accessories;

· Writing work instructions;

· Control of on-the-job training;

2. Maintenance and improvement of production technology based on existing products, including:

· Analysis and identification of the causes of defects, downtime;

· Managing changes in design, technology, and materials to eliminate impacts on productivity and quality;

· Revision and updating of technological documentation;

· Process optimization and reduction of production costs;

· Keeping up-to-date consumption and labor standards;

· Quality control of the performed maintenance and repair of equipment.

We expect:

· Higher technical education.

· Work experience in production as a foreman, and technologist for at least 5 years.

· High technical skills.

· The ability to work with your hands "to show by example."

· Reading drawings and design documentation.

· Experience in developing instructions.

· Knowledge and experience in investigating the causes of defects, and downtime (5Why method, Ishikawa Diagram);

· The ability to take responsibility for the result;

· Hindi – native speaker, English - from upper-intermediate level.
